To be eligible for the scheme, women must be at least 18 years old, not be a government employee, and reside in Karnataka.

- First of all, you have to Visit the official website of Seva Sindhu.
- The home page of the website will open on the screen.
- On the homepage of the website, you have to click on the option of “Register” button and create an account.
- Log into your account and click the “Revenue Department” tab.
- Select “Shakti Smart Card” from the list of services.
- Fill in the application form with your personal details, such as name, address, and Aadhaar number.
