Jagananna Smart Town Scheme: It is everybody’s dream to have their own house, so to fulfill the dream of the residents the Chief Minister of Andhra Pradesh has taken a step to provide their own housing to the residents. Chief Minister YS Jagan Mohan Reddy has started the Jagananna Smart Town Scheme in which residents of the state will be given houses. The state government has launched this scheme to help the people who do not have their own houses. As a part of the scheme, the middle-class group people will be enjoying the perks of this scheme. The area of the houses that the state government will be providing will be 200 to 240 square yards.
The government of Andhra Pradesh has established this scheme by keeping in mind the need of having own houses. With the help of this program, the residents of the state will be getting housing at lower prices.

About Jagananna Smart Town Scheme
Jagananna Smart Town Scheme is the initiative that is taken for the betterment of the state residents. People who come from middle-class families will be taking advantage of this scheme. According to the state government, it is expected that around 30 lakh poor families will be receiving the benefits of the plan. An announcement has been made that the township is going to be established in every constituency of the state. All the officials are already informed about the township. The Chief Minister of Andhra Pradesh launched the official website from the camp office at Tadepalli on 11th January 2022. Applications for layouts in dharmavaram of Anantapur, Mangala Giri of Guntur, rayachoti of Kadapa, kandukur of Prakasam, Kavali of Nellore, and Eluru of West Godavari can be accepted on this website.
