- Now you have to search for the appropriate link to register for the ration card online application form, follow the link and a new page will open on your computer screen
- Now you have to enter the details to register yourself, enter your mobile no or email ID or Password to generate an OTP hit a click on the “proceed” button.
- As you click you received an OTP on your mobile number

- Fill the application form with correct details such as name, family member details, head of the Family details, etc
- After that upload the scanned documents required as mentioned under an image of the family & head of the family after scanning
