New PAN Card Application Form

Processing Charges For New Pan Card Application Form
The following processing fees have to be paid while filling out the application form for PAN card:-
- For applicants within India – The processing fee for PAN applications is Rs.107 (Rs.91+18% IGST)
- For applicants outside India – The processing fee for PAN applications is Rs. 1017.00 ({ Rs. 91.00 Application Fee + Rs. 771.00 Dispatch Charge} + 9% CGST and 9% SGST)
Documents Required For Pan Card Application Form
The following list of documents is required while filling out the application for PAN card in India:-
- First Proof of Address
- Second Proof of Date of Birth
- Third Proof Of Identity –
- Aadhaar Card issued by the Unique Identification.
- Elector’s photo identity card
- Driving License
- Passport
- Ration card having a photograph of the applicant
- Passport of the spouse
- Matriculation certificate or Mark sheet of recognized board
- Arm’s license
- Post office passbook having the address of the applicant
- Birth certificate issued by the municipal authority or any officer authorized to issue birth and death certificate by the Registrar of Birth and Deaths or the Indian Consulate as defined in clause (d) of sub-section (1) of section 2 of the Citizenship Act, 1955 (57 of 1955)
- Photo identity card issued by the Central Government or State Government or Public Sector Undertaking
Note — In case of Minor, any of the above-mentioned documents as proof of identity and address of any of parents/guardians of such minor shall be deemed to be the proof of identity and address for the minor applicant.
New Pan Card Application Form

By UTITSL- Indian Citizen/NRI
- Applicants have to open the official website of the UTI Infrastructure Technology and service private Limited to apply for the PAN Card.
- Go to “PAN card as an Indian Citizen/NRI” and click “click to Apply” option from the homepage of the website
- A new page appears on the screen read the details shows on the screen and click “Apply for New Pan card (Form 49A)” option from there
- Now select “status of the applicant” and “PAN Card Mode”. Click submit &an application form appears on the screen
- Before that, a pop up opens with a Reference number. Note it.
- Enter all the mandatory information in the application form such as your name, gender, date of birth, address, aadhaar card details, document details as asked, contact details, parent details, etc.
- Upload the required documents after scanning and take a review of the information
- Submit the application form and make payment of the application fee via online mode.
- Take a print out of the form, at last, sign it and submit it to the nearest UTIITSL center
OR
- The candidate may download the form application form and take a print out of it
- Fill the application form with necessary details like name, gender, date of birth, address, aadhaar card details, document details as asked, contact details, parent details, etc.
- Affix the passport size image, attach the document and submit it to the nearest UTIITSL center.
UTITSL-Foreign Citizen
- Applicants have to open the official website of the UTI Infrastructure Technology and service private Limited to apply for the PAN Card.
- Go to “PAN card as a foreign Citizen” and click “click to Apply” option from the homepage of the website
- A new page appears on the screen read the details shows on the screen and click “Apply for New Pan card (Form 49AA)” option from there
- Now select “status of the applicant” and “PAN card Mode”.Enter all the mandatory information in the application form such as your name, gender, date of birth, address, aadhaar card details, document details as asked, contact details, parent details, etc.
- Upload the required documents after scanning and take a review of the information
- Submit the application form and make payment of the application fee via online mode.
- Take a print out of the form, at last, sign it and submit it to UTIITSL center
- The candidate may download the form application form and take a print out of it

NSDL-TIN- Indian Citizen/NRI
- To seek request through NSDL-TIN appellants have to open the official website
- Then go to the service option from the menu bar and select “PAN” option from the drop-down list
- From the page appears on the screen now go to the “Application for allotment of New PAN (Form 49A) – applicable for Citizens of India” section and click “Read guideline” option to get the proper details
- Click “Apply” option from the links given under the section “Application for allotment of New PAN (Form 49A) – applicable for Citizens of India”
- Online application form appears on the desktop of your computer or laptop
- Enter the details in the form such as your personal details, pan card number, contact details, email id, etc.
- Upload your recently clicked scanned the image and other required documents
- Submit the application form after taking a review of all the details you entered is correct
- Make a payment of the application fee via online mode
- Take print out of the form at last and submit it with documents such as photo ID proof copy, address proof and date of birth to the NSDL e-Gov at ‘Income Tax PAN Services Unit, NSDL e-Governance Infrastructure Limited, 5th Floor, Mantri Sterling, Plot No. 341, Survey No. 997/8, Model Colony, Near Deep Bungalow Chowk, Pune – 411 016’.
NSDL-TIN-Foreign Citizen
- To seek request through NSDL-TIN appellants have to open the official website
- Then go to the service option from the menu bar and select “PAN” option from the drop-down list
- From the page appears on the screen now go to the “Application for allotment of New PAN (Form 49AA) – applicable for Foreign Citizens” section and click “Read guideline” option to get the proper details
- Click “Apply” option from the links given under the section “Application for allotment of New PAN (Form 49AA) – applicable for Foreign Citizens”
- Online application form appears on the desktop of your computer or laptop
- Enter the details in the form such as your personal details, pan card number, contact details, email id, etc.
- Upload your recently clicked scanned the image and other required documents

UTITSL
- Open the official website
- Go to “Change/ correction in PAN card” and click “click to Apply” option
- Click “Apply for Change/ correction in PAN card” option
- Application form appears, enter all the mandatory information
- Upload the required documents and submit the application form after reviewing the details.
- Make payment at last and take a print out of form
NSDL-TIN
- Open the official website
- Then go to the service option and select the “PAN” option
