Login Through mAadhaar App
To use and avail the benefits of mAadhaar app fully you need to login through your credentials into the app. To add your credentials on the app please follow the simple steps given below :-
- First open the app.
- Enter your password.
- Click on the three dots present at the upper right corner of the home screen.
- From there select the Add profile option
- Enter your Aadhaar number.
- You can also scan the QR code on your Aadhaar card.
- Click on Next
- You will receive a one time password on your registered mobile number.
- Enter the one time password on the space provided.
- Thus, your Aadhaar Card details will be automatically downloaded on the app.
Lock/Unlock Aadhaar Through mAadhaar App
If you want to lock or unlock your biometrics using the mAadhaar app then you can just follow the simple steps :-
For Locking Aadhaar
- First open the app.
- Enter your password.
- Click on your Profile.
- Select Biometric Settings from the menu on the top-right corner.
- Tick on the Enable Biometric Lock option present at the menu.
- A one time password will be sent to your registered mobile number.
- Enter the one time password on the field provided.
- Thus, your biometrics will be locked immediately.
For Unlocking Aadhaar
- First open the app.
- Enter your password.
- Click on your Profile.
- Select Biometric Settings from the menu on the top-right corner.
- Tick on the Enable Biometric UnLock option present at the menu.
- A one time password will be sent to your registered mobile number.
- Enter the one time password on the field provided.
- Thus, your biometrics will be unlocked immediately.
Procedure To Delete Your Account
We want to delete your mAadhaar account because you want to sell your phone or you are throwing your phone away, then you just need to follow these simple steps :-
- First open the app.
- Enter your password.
- Click on your Profile.
- Click on the three dots present at the upper right corner of the home screen.
- Click on the Delete Profile option
- Enter the password.
- A confirmation message will be displayed on your screen.
- Click on Yes
- Finally the profile will be deleted from the mAadhaar app.
