The new scheme was launched on 2nd March 2020 by the Chief Minister of West Bengal state that is Mamata Banerjee. The first phase of the program will be implemented for 75 days.

Through these helplines and website, the common resident was able to apply for their problems while visiting these helpline ways. These helpline numbers were developed for helping all of the common residents of the West Bengal state. The Didi Ke Bolo (Tell Didi) had received a huge response in its 1st month with more than 10 lakh people registering their grievances on the helpline platforms.
