YEIDA Plot Scheme 2023
The Yamuna Expressway Industrial Development Authority or properly known as YEIDA has come up with the allotment of flats for the year 2020. The project was launched on 30th June inviting applications for the allotment of flats. Under the YEIDA Plot Scheme, the offering of the plot for industrial purposes and institutional purposes to people is been implemented. YEIDA is offering plots in Greater Noida sectors 29,32 and 33. These plots are in proximity to the upcoming airport.
New Residential Scheme Introduced
Noida Authority in its board meeting has approved the policy of allotment of 340 plots in several categories of low income group, middle income group, high income group. Out of these plots, the process of allotment of 186 plots has started from January 20 and this process will continue till February 3. So the interested candidates have to register themselves on the SBI website by January 3. The last date for depositing the registration amount is till February 7. The reserve price of these 186 residential plots ranges from ₹34000 to ₹43000 per square meter.
Update New YEIDA Plot Scheme 2022
Yamuna Authority is going to come out with the plan for the residential plot today i.e. on Wednesday. The scheme includes 477 plots of different categories. Online applications can be made from 7 September to 7 October. Friends, let us tell you that the cost of a 60 square meter plot will be around 10 to 11 lakhs.
Online Applications Will Be Accepted
Yamuna Authority CEO Dr. Arunveer Singh has told that the plan covers plots of 60 square meters, 90 square meters, 120 square meters, 162 square meters, 200 square meters, 300 square meters, 500 square meters, 1000 square meters, and 2000 square meters. Is. This plot is in Sectors 16, 17, 18, 20, and 22D. Online applications will be accepted in the scheme. The scheme will end on 7 October.
There Will Be Three Options For Paying The Price
- The allotment of plots will be done through a draw on November 15. There will be three options for paying the cost of the plot. Those who pay the cost in one lump sum will be given priority in the plot scheme.
- In the second option, the option will be given to pay 50% of the amount in a lump sum and the remaining installments, in the third option, 30% of the amount in lumpsum and 70% of the amount will be paid in installments.
- If the number of applicants making lump sum payments relative to the number of plots is more, then there will be a draw between them.

Payment Schedule For The Scheme
The following payment schedule has been finalized by the concerned authorities for the YEIDA Scheme 2023
- First, the applicants must pay a non-refundable & non-adjustable fee processing fee. An applicant has to pay a processing fee of Rs 25,000/- plus GST.
The fees can be paid through the YEIDA online payment gateway.
- After the processing fee, the applicants also have to pay a registration fee to confirm their registration for this scheme.
- The applicant can pay up to 10% of the total cost of the plot after the investor bid is selected.
- This registration fee is refundable and adjustable as well.
- After the processing and registration fee, the applicant has to pay an allotment fee.
- The fees are to be paid 60 days after the applicant receives the allotment letter of the plot/property.

Precautions Regarding The Payment –
- In the 30% of the allotment fee, the applicant can adjust his/ her registration fee as well.
- During the 60 days, the time period given for the submission of the allotment fee investor/ applicant will have the option to make full payment of the property/ plot.
- If the applicant/ investor makes the full payment he/ she will get a rebate of 2% of the total cost of the plot.
- If the investor has not been able to pay the allotment fee within 60 days, the allotment of the plot will get canceled.
- The investors/ applicants who want to pay their plot amount in installments have to pay the rest 70% of the total cost after the allotment fee in 10 equal installments half-yearly. At this, they have to pay the interest of 10.5% annually as well.
- If investors fail to pay a half-yearly installment or default, he/ she has to pay 13.5% of the interest rate compounded half-yearly for defaulted period.
- Investors must know that the plots located at green belt facing, corner plots, park facing, and also which are located at the 45 meter wide roads will carry an extra 5% premium.
