CIDCO Lottery Result 2023
City and Industrial Development Corporation has launched Swapnapurthi Housing Scheme 2023 and Mass Housing Lottery 2023 to provide the housing facility to the economically weaker section (EWS) and lower-income group (LIG) categories. Swapnapurthi Housing Scheme 2023 is going to provide around 814 units to the applicants at Sector 37, Kharghar. Out of 814 units, around 619 tenements are meant for the LIG category while 195 are for the EWS category. Mass Housing Lottery is going to provide 9249 houses to the applicants in Taloja, Kalamboli, Ghansoli, and Dronagiri. For this scheme, applicants belong to EWS have to pay Rs.5000 and LIG has to pay Rs.25000 along with additional charges Rs.250 as a Registration amount.

CIDCO Lottery Online Applying Procedure (Registration)
- To seek an application, you have to go to the official website of the City and Industrial Development Corporation.
- From the home page of the website go to the Lottery information section and click on the scheme you wish to apply for
- Read the details very carefully before applying for the scheme
- To register yourself for the Lottery you have to go to the “Register for Lottery” option given in menu bar and click on it
- Enter the details in the form such as user name for login, password, first name, father/ Husband Name, Surname, Date of birth and phone number.
- Click submit option and submit the registration details
- Verify your mobile number by entering the OTP sent on it and click OK
- Now you have to enter the User name as you created above
- Enter your monthly Income
- Now Pan card details such as 10-digit Pan number, Name on pan card and upload your pan card soft copy
- Enter Aadhaar card details such as aadhaar number, Name on aadhaar card and upload your aadhaar card soft copy
- Upload your recently click scanned photo in JPEG form between 5KB to 50KB. Photo must be clearly visible.
- Now enter the other details like date of birth, gender, marital status, current address with pin code, contact details and bank account details (upload canceled check scanned copy),
- Enter the captcha code and click submit registration option
CIDCO Lottery Application (Login)
To submit the application, you have to wait for PAN Card, Aadhaar (UID) Card, Bank Account Details and Photo verification to be done by the CIDCO officer. You can check the site after a day if the Apply button is not disabled then your verification has been made by CIDCO, you may proceed for further procedure as mentioned below:
- Go to the Lottery application option
- First of All Select scheme code number you wish to apply
- Select if you wish to apply under PMAY or not
- Select individual applicant or co-applicants
- If an individual applicant, then you can go for the next step directly
- If co-applicants enter the necessary information step by step as asked on the screen
- Enter the captcha code and click submit option
CiDCO Scheme Payment
- At last, you have to make payment by using Internet Banking/ NEFT / RTGS
- After completing the payment procedure must take application print for further reference along with payment receipt.
