लोकसभा से इस विधेयक के पारित होने पर, प्रधान मंत्री श्री नरेंद्र मोदी ने इसे सामान्य श्रेणी के लोगो के लिए एक ऐतिहासिक क्षण बताया। बीजेपी के आरक्षण के मुद्दे पर राहुल गांधी ने कहा कि बीजेपी 2019 का चुनाव जीतने के लिए यह सब कर रही है क्योंकि जनता ने उसे  खारिज कर दिया। कांग्रेस ने आरक्षण बिल को प्रवर समिति के पास भेजने का प्रस्ताव रखा, लेकिन 174 सांसदों में से 155 ने इसके पक्ष में मतदान करके इसे अस्वीकार कर दिया।

The Congress proposed to send reservation bill to the Select Committee, but 155 of the 174 MPs denied this by voting in favor of this.

लोकसभा की तरह, राज्यसभा में भी 124 वें संविधान संशोधन विधेयक पर बहुत बहस हुई और लोकसभा की तरह राज्यसभा में भी यह विधेयक 165 मतों के पक्ष में पारित हुआ। लोकसभा में पहले से ही पारित बिल की  राज्यसभा में असली परीक्षा थी, लेकिन जब भाजपा और एनडीए (73 + 98) संसद और कुछ विपक्षी दलों के साथ आने पर यह बिल राज्यसभा में भी पारित हो गया। इस बीच  में, बहुजन समाजवादी पार्टी की प्रमुख सुक्षी मायावती जी ने इस बिल के पक्ष में मतदान करने के बाद सभी को चौंका दिया।

Reservation limit for the general category (सामान्य वर्ग के लिए आरक्षण की सीमा)

उत्तराधिकार और प्रशिक्षण विभाग के प्रमुख सचिव श्री  ज्ञानेंद्र त्रिपाठी से प्राप्त जानकारी के अनुसार, सामान्य वर्ग के लोगों के लिए आरक्षण 1 फरवरी से प्रभावी होगा। इसके लिए सरकार ने विश्वविद्यालयों में सरकारी नौकरियों और सीटों के विस्तार की योजना बनाई है। आरक्षण की स्थिति सामान्य वर्ग के लोगों के लिए मौजूद है।

1. केवल 8 लाख से कम सालाना कमाने वाले ही इस आरक्षण का लाभ ले पाएंगे

2. 5 एकड़ से अधिक जमीन (भूमि) रखने वाले किसान इस आरक्षण का हिस्सा नहीं होंगे।

3. इसके अलावा, वह सवर्ण  जिनके  के पास 1,000 वर्ग फीट का एक सपाट भूखंड है और 100 वर्ग गज से अधिक का भूखंड है वह  इस आरक्षण का हिस्सा नहीं होगा।

4. इसके अलावा, गैर-अधिसूचित स्थानीय निकायों में 200 वर्ग गज से अधिक के ऊपरी घर वाले इस आरक्षण का हिस्सा नहीं होंगे।

As per the information received from the successor and training department head Sachin Gyanendra Tripathi, the reservations for the general category people will be effective from February 1. For this, the government has planned to expand government jobs and seats in universities. Reservation condition is present for people of general category.

  1. Only those earning less than 8 lakh annually will be able to take advantage of this reservation
  2. Farmers who hold more than 5 acres of land will not be part of this reservation.
  3. Apart from this, the General having a flat plot of 1,000 square feet and having a plot greater than 100 square yards will not be part of this reservation.
  4. Apart from this, the upper house holders having more than 200 square yards in non-notified local bodies will not be part of this reservation.

What The General Category People have To Do For Reservation(सामान्य वर्ग के लोगो को आरक्षण के लिए क्या  करना होगा )

आरक्षण का लाभ जन-जन तक पहुंचाने के लिए सरकार सभी आवश्यक कदम उठाएगी। गरीब लोगों को आरक्षण का लाभ उठाने के लिए कुछ कदम उठाने होंगे।

1. आरक्षण का लाभ उठाने के लिए, सामान्य वर्ग के लोगो  को संपत्ति के प्रमाण पत्र की आवश्यकता होगी।

2. सभी स्रोतों से आय का प्रमाण पत्र।

Government will take all necessary steps to bring the benefits of reservation to the masses. Poor people have to take some steps to take advantage of reservation.

  1. To avail the reservation,  the general class will need a certificate of property.
  2. Certificate of Income from all sources.
