(Announced) BSP Candidate List 2019 – Haryana Assembly Election

The Bahujan Samaj Party led by Mayawati had come out with the BSP Candidate List to carry on the Haryana assembly election. The list was announced by the party executive on Sunday 29th September 2019. The Haryana state comprises of total 90 seats. Out of the total 90 seats 17 are reserved for the concern categories that are scheduled caste. Also, under this new list, two women have been selected and one of them belongs to the reserved category of Schedule Caste.

A Press Note From BSP Candidate List

With a press note which was delivered to the media yesterday that is on Sunday the Bahujan Samaj party came out the list of 41 candidates whom they have finalized for the Legislative Assembly of Haryana state. The list was finalised and curated one and Miss Mayawati who is the leader of the Bahujan Samaj party.

Alliance Under BSP Party For Haryana Election

To make their foot very heavy on the Haryana state and with a view to capturing India with upcoming elections the Bahujan Samaj party tie knots with the Jannayak Janta Party (JJP) which is led by Dushyant Chautala. It is also known that previously the Jannayak Janata Party was an alliance with the Aam Aadmi Party which is led by one and only Mr. Arvind Kejriwal but it was of no use because after all the alliance the JJP had to face a humiliating defeat. But the BSP had called off its alliance with the fledgling Jannayak Janata Party recently.

Structure Of The Seats in BSP Candidate List

In the Haryana government the following seat structures has been adapted :-

  • Haryana has the strength of 90 seats.
  • Out of the total 17 are reserved for SCs.
  • No seats are reserved for STs.
  • There are 1.82 crore registered voters in the state.
  • Out of the total 1.07 lakh are service voters.

Important Dates Finalised

The Election Commission of India (ECI) has finalized the following dates for certain things:-

  • Voting for the 90-member Haryana Assembly elections – October 21 
  • Counting of votes – October 24
  • Filing nominations for assembly polls – September 27
  • Last date of filing nominations – October 4
  • Scrutiny – October 5
  • The candidates can withdraw their nominations till October 7

Women Under BSP Candidate List

Out of the first list of 41 candidates for the polls, 12 candidates have been named from the reserved categories. There are only two women namely –

  • Shakuntala Bhatti from Shahbad (SC).
  • Sunita Dhull from Pundri segments.
