- First, visit the official website
- On Home Page, click on the option called Services For Citizen
- After clicking on the Services For Citizen section you will get three options –
- Individual Loanee Report
- Citizen payment certificate for pacs
- Citizen payment certificate for banks
- To check the status through Individual Loanee Report click on the option.
- When you click on it a new window will be displayed with the required details.
- You can search the status with Aadhaar Card or even Ration Card.
- Enter a Valid Aadhaar or Ration Card number in the prescribed format.
- Click on the Fetch Report option.
- Thus, your report will be displayed on the screen.
